3. User Safety & Contributions If you submit feedback or media examples to us, you grant TruthSpot a license to use them for our mission. Safety Note: To protect your privacy, do not include real names, addresses, or identifying school details in any submissions.

4. Accounts & Registration If you create an account to track your progress:

  • Anonymity: We strongly encourage the use of creative usernames rather than real names.

  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Children’s Use (COPPA Compliance) TruthSpot is designed for users of all ages. Users under 13 must use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

6. Limitation of Liability The Service is provided “as is.” TruthSpot and its officers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We work to provide high-quality media literacy tools, but we do not guarantee the 100% accuracy of all deepfake detection results.
